As of February 1, 2017, Guardian Title will implement a new accommodation filing policy.

All requests for accommodation filings as of February 1, 2017, must be submitted  with a completed, signed and executed copy of the attached ‘Request for Accommodation’  form along with the documents to be filed.

Guardian Title assumes no responsibility or liability for any documents being filed, under any circumstances, where no search has been completed.

Due to the rising costs in shipping and county examiner service fees, we will be increasing our charge to $75.00 plus any required county administration, recording and conveyance charges.
